ATTENDANCE RULES

for events organized by Gefera Media LLC

These Rules define the procedure for admission of visitors to events (exhibitions, conferences and other events, each hereinafter individually referred to as an “Event”) organized by Gefera Media Limited Liability Company (PSRN 1027700211417, TIN 7705365187, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”), and also establish the rules of conduct for visitors attending the Events. Attendance at Events shall only be permitted subject to the visitor having familiarized themselves with and agreed to these Rules. Attendance rules established by the administrations of exhibition complexes where the Events are held shall apply in addition to these Rules. In the event of any inconsistency, the visitor shall comply with the stricter security, access control and internal regime requirements of the exhibition complex.

  1. ADMISSION TO THE EVENT
    1. The basis for admission to the Event shall be a visitor badge.
    2. The badge may be obtained by a visitor in one of the following ways:
      1. printed independently by the visitor in the event of registration as a visitor on the official Event website;
      2. received at the registration desk at the entrance to the Event in exchange for a cash or invitation ticket.
    3. Receipt of a badge in the cases specified in Clause 1.2.2 of these Rules shall only be possible subject to submission to the Organizer’s representative of a completed and signed visitor questionnaire.
    4. Representatives of mass media organizations shall be issued badges upon completion of the accreditation procedure.
    5. The right to attend the Event free of charge may be granted to students of specialized higher and secondary vocational educational institutions on days determined by the Organizer. Admission of such persons to the Event shall only be permitted when accompanied by a representative of the educational institution and based on a list certified by the administration of the educational institution and pre-approved by the Organizer.
    6. Entry to the Event shall be carried out through turnstile access points.
    7. In the event of loss of a badge, the visitor should contact the Event registration desk for replacement thereof.
  2. AGE RESTRICTIONS
    1. Attendance at Events by persons under eighteen years of age shall only be permitted if accompanied by adults, except in cases specified in Clause 2.2 of these Rules.
    2. The Organizer shall be entitled to establish age restrictions for admission of visitors to an Event in cases provided for by Federal Law No. 436-FZ dated December 29, 2010 “On Protection of Children from Information Harmful to Their Health and/or Development”. In such cases, the age restrictions shall be indicated on the official Event website, registration desks, cash and invitation tickets, as well as advertising and informational materials relating to the Event, by means of an information product marking.
    3. Access of persons under eighteen years of age to Events assigned the “18+” information product category shall be strictly prohibited.
    4. If the person selling admission tickets or the person controlling access to the Event has doubts regarding the age of a visitor, they shall be entitled to request an identity document from such visitor.
  3. RULES OF CONDUCT
    1. Visitors shall be obliged to maintain public order within the territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is held and in the adjacent territory, and to comply with lawful instructions of the Organizer and the administration of the exhibition complex.
    2. Visitors shall be prohibited from:
      1. bringing into the Event venue without approval from the Organizer any types of firearms, gas weapons and bladed weapons (including imitation weapons) and protective equipment, explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of any kind, as well as toxic, poisonous and corrosive substances and drones;
      2. bringing onto and consuming alcoholic beverages, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances within the Event venue, or being under the influence of alcohol, narcotic or toxic substances;
      3. entering the Event venue with animals, unless such Event is a specialized event;
      4. bringing food and beverages into the Event venue;
      5. using bicycles, scooters, roller skates or other similar means of transport and sporting equipment within the Event venue while attending the Event;
      6. moving along roadways of the exhibition complex where the Event is held outside designated pedestrian crossings;
      7. remaining in office, storage or other premises of the exhibition complex not intended for visitors;
      8. performing actions that may endanger the life or health of persons, the security of the Event, or the property of the Organizer, Event participants and/or the exhibition complex;
      9. leaving children unattended;
      10. making inscriptions, posting or distributing printed materials, posters, flyers and other informational or advertising materials, conducting propaganda activities, as well as carrying out entrepreneurial, advertising, marketing or other commercial activities without the Organizer’s written consent;
      11. conducting photo and video recording for commercial purposes without the Organizer’s consent;
      12. organizing and conducting unauthorized meetings, demonstrations, marches, pickets, as well as other unapproved promotional campaigns and flash mobs within the Event venue;
      13. engaging in begging, displaying aggressive or offensive behavior, polluting or littering the Event venue;
      14. being present in soiled clothing or with luggage, items or products that may soil other visitors or exhibits;
      15. smoking, including electronic cigarettes, within buildings and in the outdoor territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is held, except in specially designated areas.
    3. If unattended belongings or suspicious objects are discovered within the Event venue, visitors shall immediately notify a representative of the Organizer or an employee of the exhibition complex.
    4. Visitors shall be obliged to familiarize themselves with the fire evacuation plan displayed at the entrance to the Event venue.
    5. In the event of an emergency situation within the Event venue, visitors shall comply with the instructions of representatives of the Organizer and/or employees of the exhibition complex and shall immediately leave the Event venue upon request.
  4. PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING, VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
    1. Video surveillance, as well as photo and video recording, may be carried out within the Event venue.
    2. The visitor acknowledges that their image captured during photo and video recording within the Event venue may be used by the Organizer in informational, news and advertising materials relating to the Event and the Organizer’s projects to the extent not prohibited by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation, without payment of remuneration.
  5. PERSONAL DATA
    1. When registering for and attending Events, visitors’ personal data shall be processed by the Organizer for the purposes of arranging admission to the Event, ensuring security, and providing information about the Event and other projects of the Organizer.
    2. Processing of visitors’ personal data shall be carried out in accordance with the Organizer’s personal data processing policy published on the website gefera.ru.
  6. LIABILITY
    1. A visitor may be denied access to the Event or removed therefrom without compensation of the ticket cost in the following cases:
      1. in the absence of an admission/invitation ticket to the Event or in the event of an attempt to use a ticket issued arranged in breach of the Organizer’s for the Provision of Services for the Issuance of Tickets to Events|Exhibitions;
      2. in the event of refusal to undergo personal inspection, including presentation of hand luggage and personal belongings for inspection;
      3. in the event of an attempt to enter the territory of the exhibition complex where the Event is held with items prohibited from being brought in;
      4. in the event of actions violating public order, as well as engaging in begging;
      5. in the event of failure to comply with these Rules and the requirements of representatives of the Organizer and/or the exhibition complex in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
    2. If a visitor commits unlawful acts, they may be transferred to representatives of law enforcement authorities for consideration of administrative or criminal liability.
    3. Material damage caused to the property of the Organizer, the exhibition complex or Event participants shall be compensated in accordance with the procedure established by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
    4. The Organizer and the administration of the exhibition complex shall not be liable for the safekeeping of visitors’ personal belongings, including belongings left in cloakrooms, at stands or in other places, except in cases expressly provided for by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
  7. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. The Organizer shall be entitled to amend these Rules by publishing an updated version on the Organizer’s website and/or the official website of the relevant Event. Amendments shall enter into force from the moment of publication thereof and shall apply to attendance at Events after such date.
