Gotovo is a unique exhibition and conference dedicated to the promising and fast–growing segment of ready-to-eat food. The exhibition features Russian and foreign equipment, packaging solutions, ingredients and semi-finished products, frozen and chilled ready meals, as well as hygiene products for food production.

The Gotovo business program is a practical guide for the market: market trends, competitive factory kitchen, safety and quality of prepared food, standards. In 2026, 712 specialists became its participants, and a total of 744 ready-to-eat food manufacturers and representatives of retail chains gathered at the event. Professional development programs are held within the framework of the exhibition, including lectures by leading specialists and excursions to existing kitchen factories.

For the first time, the cluster hosted master classes on ready-to–eat food with star chefs, a new direction reflecting the market's demand for the development of the ready-to-eat food and delivery segment.
